A popular Born Again Christian is visiting your Church. Or another Priest is visiting your Church. You are going to host some youth programs with the Priest. Do you think you need to sign a legal contract with the Priest about the conducts? Like how much you will pay him or how much money they can have from your Church?

As a frequent "Christian speaker" at churches of many denominations, I always get a signed contract, so that there is no misunderstanding about what I am expected to do or provide at the function, and so there is no misunderstanding about exactly what I am to get paid for my testimony/teaching/seminar, including whether or not I am to receive compensation for gas, oil, mileage, rooms, meals, and any other expensese incurred while I am traveling to and from the function.

This saves a lot of time, and aleviates most problems. It is always a good idea to have a legal/binding contract in these situations.
