Jesus existence

Though I absolutely don't doubt a word of the Bible (hence believing Jesus was born, crucified, died & was buried about 2000 years ago), I was wondering what actual proof exists today for this?

My mum has been to the promised land & thus I've seen pics of the place of His birth, Calvary etc, but is there any documentation for all this? Or is it all tradition handed down?

I believe there is historical evidence Melody.  It is primarily from a Jewish historian, by the name of Josephus.  His writings are worth reading.  He also tells of the fall of Jerusalem.  I think one of his works is titled the Jewish Wars.

Also, was wondering, would the census be recorded? You know, the one when Jesus got separated from Mother Mary & Joseph because He stayed back in "His Father's house" ?
