Does Biblical Predistination support Evolution?

I'm working through a hypothesis of whether or not the Biblical comcept/fact of "Predestinatsion" supports the "Evolution of Species".
I'm hoping that someone here has a good Bibical and theological background (like Rev. Eric or another cleric) and an open mind when it comes to science, and can help me work through this possibility.
